School Fees Tuition and fees are paid annually, semi-annually, and quarterly in the school office.
Families that are unable to follow this payment schedule can work out alternative methods of payment with the school.
During the one-on-one parent interview with the school administration, options for financial assistance will be explored for those in need.
The tuition and fee schedule is as follows:
ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR ALL GRADES
1.
Submission of completed application with a non-refundable fee of $50.00 For grade-school level (1st - 12th grade),
the previous report cards and standardized examination scores are required.
2.
Testing and/or evaluation of students(s) by the Dean or Principal.
3.
Parent's interview with School Administration.
4.
Notification of Acceptance/Rejection by the school. This will be done within two (2) weeks after the completion of all testing and/or evaluation.
5.
Upon acceptance, the required medical forms must be submitted. Please note that the required medical tests must be carried out by the student's physician whenever possible. A copy of current immunization card and birth certificate are also required.
6.
At the submission of final documentation, the full registration fee (which covers books, supplies, testing fees, incidental fees, and insurance) must be paid and the financial contract/schedule completed. There will be no commitment on the part of the school without this payment.

PARENT/TEACHERS ASSOCIATION:
It is well understood that the parent is the first and primary teacher of the child. The role of our school is to provide
a safe and sound environment where parents and teachers can create a community of learners. Parents working with the educators
and cooperation from the students share in making this learning experience beneficial. However, how well it works depends on the
dedication of all the parties involved in the relationship. At New Covenant Christian School, we are committed to preparing your
children for the future by giving them the best education possible through the anointing of God, with your help.
MEAL SERVICES

STUDY HALL/ MENTORSHIP
All registering students are automatically included in the mentorship program. However, a combination with Study Hall,
computer assistance and other hands on academic work in the after School will attract a monthly fee of $100.00.
TRANSPORTATION
The school for designated stops will operate campus bus service. Students of grades 7-12, utilizing this service will be
charged a minimal fee of $100 to supplement the cost of this operation. (A metro card will be issued to students based on
parents' permission.)

The maintenance of the dress code is the responsibility of the students
and their families. Students in violation of the dress code will not be
admitted into the school. Excessive jewelry or /and make up will not be
allowed.
